Contract for the Supply of Goods : -

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and coolkidzone.co.uk unless, and until, an email is sent by coolkidzone.co.uk to you confirming that your order has been shipped. Thisconfirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by coolkidzone.co.uk of your offer to buy goods from coolkidzone.co.uk and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. Coolkidzone.co.uk are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Processing of orders : -
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will keep you updated by E-mail as to the status of your order (unless you ask us not to). Credit cards are debited before items are shipped by coolkidzone.co.uk. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods shipped to countries within the European Union. The current rate is 17.5%.
Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from coolkidzone.co.uk

Limitation of Liability : -
This liabilty section applies only to the extent permitted by law. Except as set out below, neither coolkidzone.co.uk nor any of its directors or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out ofor in connection with the use of this site. Coolkidzone.co.uk does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of negligence of Coolkidzone.co.uk, its directors or other representatives. Coolkidzone.co.uk does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Returns Policy : -
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity tothat stated on your order form, coolkidzone.co.uk shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify coolkidzone.co.uk of the problem in writing to sales@coolkidzone.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of the goods. (please state your Order No.)

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or affected by smoke, dirt, hairs or otherwise.

You should check that all the items listed on the dispatch note match those contained in your package. If they do not, please email sales@coolkidzone.co.uk with your order details.

Coolkidzone.co.uk does not accept liabilty for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the Coolkidzone.co.uk website or for any products purchased from the coolkidzone.co.uk website. Coolkidzone.co.uk will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

Illegal Acts : -
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on Coolkidzone.co.uk to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

All purchases from coolkidzone.co.uk are subject to United Kingdom Law.

No financial details are held by Coolkidzone. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Coolkidzone.co.uk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the coolkidzone.co.uk site.

Once goods are purchased and on receipt of cleared funds we post out goods immediately. If you buy an item and pay before 12 noon on a working day your item will be despatched on the same day. If you pay after 12 noon your goods will be despatched on the next working day.

Postage and packaging is kept to a minimum and each item has its own postage costs calculated on weight and size. Items are posted by first class Royal Mail delivery
